You must contact Amjo by email, letter or telephone and request a return authorization number prior to to returning the product.

We reserve the right to reject unauthorized product returns.

This item can be
returned to Amjo Corp within 30 Days of our ship
date.

We will charge a restocking fee of 20% for the Biomove 3000/5000 itself plus we will charge you $60.00 (2 x $30.00) for the Biotrode Electrodes which are not returnable for reasons of health and safety.

Consumable items such as Biotrode electrodes are not returnable.
Biotrode electrodes are for use by a single person and cannot be resold by Amjo.

No return will be accepted for credit
unless it is in a 'like new condition' and is packed
in its original packaging.

Freight and handling
charges will not be reimbursed.

Smokers Take Note: Today many people will not tolerate the smell of smoke or even traces of the smell of smoke on any item. Smokers who return products must be aware that if we detect the smell of smoke on an item making it not re-sellable then no credit
or refund
will be issued.

Remember, it is your responsibility to re-pack the product properly, arrange for its return to Amjo. You would be wise to insure the shipment so that in the event of loss or damage you are not out of pocket. We recommend that you ship to us using some form of traceable shipping method so that your shipment can be tracked.
